For this assignment, please begin by carefully reading The Front Desk Challenge, THE ATACHMENT IS BELOW.

Once you’ve done that, I’d like you to come up with a solution to the Front Desk Problem that saves the hotel money but does not negatively impact employee morale.  This solution should be thoughtful and thorough and submitted as a file that is 1-2 full, double-spaced pages in length.   It should not include a summary of the case.
