Description
There are occasions when certain types of deviant behavior are considered criminal
and occasions when that is not true. It is important that you can identify why or why not this is
the case. As a result, here is your assignment:
1) Identify three (3) behaviors which are against the law (crimes) but which you do not
consider to be deviant. Please make sure that you clearly identify why you think these
behaviors are not deviant. This means you have to provide a thoughtful rationale as to
why this is the case.
2) In addition, you must then identify three (3) “legal” behaviors that you do consider to be
deviant. As was the case with the previous section, you must identify some rationale for
why you have identified the behaviors you chose.
