HH chapter 2: ” Changing Your Mind”
What do you think of Haidt’s thesis that there are three ways (meditation, cognitive therapy, SSRIs) to “change your mind”? Which of these ways might best work for you? Why?
Choose two resources and write 500 (minimum) words.
Each forum post will be graded with this rubric:
