Description
In Chapter 2, concerns were raised that are related
to the early development of the social work profession. Most of the concerns are related to the treatment of minority and oppressed groups.
Briefly discuss how attention to the groups we belong to has changed over time. For examples, refer to the NASW and CSWE statements on the purpose and mission of social work regarding oppression and social and economic justice (also see chapter 1).
