Remember you do not have to respond to this discussion board. Your group will also need to provide a summary of the media, and get us started on the questions below. 1. If there are no federal laws that define workplace bullying, what should qualify as workplace bullying according to HR?

2. Per Joanne’s example, how would HR report workplace bullying if someone in HR is the bully?

3. How does Joanne’s proposed four requirements of a transformational leader show the difference between a good and a bad leader?
